🌿دیسی علاج / ٹوٹکہ (Desi Remedy)
Warm a tiny dab of pure asafoetida (hing) mixed with 1 tsp of water or warm oil, and gently apply this paste around the baby’s navel (umbilicus) area. DO NOT feed the hing to the infant. It phenomenally pulls the gas out. اردو: ذرا سی ہینگ کو تھوڑے سے گرم پانی یا تیل میں ملا کر بچے کی ناف کے ارد گرد لگائیں۔ ہینگ بچے کو کھلانی ہرگز نہیں ہے، یہ بیرونی طور پر گیس نکال دیتی ہے۔
